| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience (0-2 years) as a Java Developer or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in Java programming. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or other Java-based frameworks. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) is advantageous. Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. |
| Roles & Responsibilities | Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications according to project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications. Implement software enhancements and new features, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Perform unit testing and integration testing to identify and address software defects or inconsistencies. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving development processes and tools. Contribute to the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and system architecture. |
