Executive / Assistant Manager - Customer Service & MIS
To Coordinate / call with customers for delivery schedules on regular basis & keeping a track of the same in SAP system / excel sheet.
To follow-up for payments on regular basis for ensuring smooth flow of payment & completion of targets.
To answer customer enquiries & divert them to concerned sales manager.
To enter Sales orders in SAP system & ensure the correctness as per the contract & PO.
To check for customer complaints if any & ensure internal coordination with respective Sales Manager for resolution / logical conclusion.
To check the reason for cancelling / returning orders from customers & ensure logical closure.
To keep record of customer complaints & its resolution status.
To coordinate & network with various departments which are stakeholders in order processing.
To keep / make various reports like Sales data, Collection report etc.

Any Graduate (Preferably Post-graduate) having 5 to 10 years of experience.
