Job Title Receptionist cum Admin Executive
Job Description
  • To Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. Pens, Forms, Company Stamp, etc.)
  • To carry out the Meeting Room / Conference Room Bookings.
  • To ensure Tea / Coffee / etc are being properly served to all guests.
  • To Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and also be comfortable with EPBX System.
  • To Receive, sort & distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers and keep proper records for every activity.
  • Ensure Front Office Management and coordination with various stakeholders in Administration and other function.
  • To Coordinate with vendors for air conditioning, pest control, plumbing and carpentry work as and when required.
  • To carry out Travel Booking & accommodations – directly and also in coordination with travel agents, hotels, Guest house care takers, etc. for staff and guests.
  • To Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties on special occasions / events.
  • Preferred Language :- English,Hindi, Marathi.
