Shailendra Dhamdhere is the Founder Director of TalentcoHR. He has been a highly passionate professional with over 31+ years of HR leadership experience in both Indian and multinational organizations. He holds a master’s degree in HR and a Law degree from Mumbai University. He has been wearing multiple hats, such as an Entrepreneur, an HR professional, a Leader, and a Game Changer. At some stage, he decided to consolidate his vast experience and expertise under the umbrella of TaletCo HR. He realized that his dream cannot just bring value to the industry, society, and people, but he can multiply it by transforming the organizations and people.
One of his dreams is to provide opportunities to the best talent, irrespective of age, stage, or success, driven by their passion for skills and the rich knowledge they gain from the industry.
With over 31 years of experience, he has held leadership positions with renowned global organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, BASF, Cadbury Craft, Reliance, and the RPG Group, among others. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including Building Organizations, transforming teams for better output leading to ROI, Change Management, culture building, Designing strategic people initiatives, Talent development, Employee engagement, CSR initiatives, Labour issues, unions negotiations, HR transformations, and Leadership development. Being a successful entrepreneur, he understands the business aspect of the organization and HR solutions that fit perfectly as his value proposition.
Along with his venture, he is passionate about CSR, supporting an NGO working for children.

With over 3 decades of invaluable experience in various pivotal roles, including Global Business Partner, Diversity and Inclusion Head, Women’s Council Leader, and as a vital contributor to enterprise management. For the past 12 years, she has been a leading researcher in the field of Gender Neutrality. Her commitment to inclusivity and empowerment is further exemplified through her founding of both the Poornam Foundation and a College affiliated with Bharati Vidyapeeth.
She is one of the key Leader who supports the Business growth, Expansion, Center of Excellence. She drives areas of DI, Equity & Belonging, Training & Dev, POSH Consulting, and critical HR delivery support to the project team to deliver excellence.
With a master’s degree in HR from Mumbai University and certification as an NLP Practitioner, Rajashri’s credentials are distinguished. Her extensive HR leadership spans both Indian and multinational organizations, culminating in the establishment of the “Poornam Foundation” to instill the values of Gender Neutrality and Inclusion.
Rajashri has delivered impactful training sessions on Gender Neutrality, Gender-based crimes, and social challenges to diverse audiences, including the Maharashtra Police, corporate leaders, and youth. Her involvement in POSH consulting, External Member representation, and related training underscores her dedication to creating safer and more inclusive environments.

He is dedicated to delivering top-tier products and services with a focus on excellence. One of his notable achievements is AbStart, a venture he conceived and further developed in collaboration with HR specialists from TalentCo and seasoned Tech experts. Together, they created a platform streamlining end-to-end HR operations, emphasizing simplicity, user-friendliness, and cost-efficiency, all while maintaining the highest standard of service quality.
As a former Business Development Associate at Urban Company, Rahul demonstrated his ability to efficiently manage all aspects of business operations, including partner engagement, adept problem-solving, and seamless demand fulfillment. He has pursued additional online courses and certifications in areas such as business analytics, organizational behaviour, and social innovation planning. Rahul is poised to excel in his chosen field, eagerly anticipating new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
